Payment Options & Enrolment for 2012- parents please read carefully

Enrolment Days 2012: Wed 25^th Jan 5-7pm / Sat 28^th 10-1pm

Administration Fee of $50 (non re-fundable) covering admin & insurance costs & a minimum of $30 Concert Costume Hire to be paid on enrolment & handed in with completed Enrolment Form before classes start. Costume Hire may be refunded if 1) Students use their own costume in the concert, 2) Students do not dance in the concert. Parents will need to apply for a credit.

Enrolments are accepted on a term by term basis – each term consists of 8-10 weeks (everyone must enrol @ WDS, even if dancing casually. Enrolment is confirmed & secured by payment of fees.

Once a term has commenced you are enrolled for the entire term, regardless of attendance.

No Credits will be given If class is missed – you still have to pay, unless WDS for unforeseen circumstances has to cancel a class. You will automatically receive a credit. Students can make up their missed lesson with a class of the same / higher or lesser level within the term of absence. Please speak to your teacher as to which class is suitable & when.

Payment methods – Fees are due as stipulated on enrolment form with your signature confirming payment methods

• Class Trial- $10 a one off trial class payable to teacher or put in payments box if students are unsure of style of class & wish to try before enrolling. Students must then enrol with the office, paying admin & costume hire before next class.
• Casual  / Adult / Open Classes-  Pre Paid Ten Class Pass $120 for ten  classes – 11^th class FREE- available  from WDS office, students must bring pass to each class for teacher to sign. Valid for a whole WDS year. Only available for Certain WDS classes.
• One class per week – whole payment due on  invoice. Invoices will be sent out week 1 or 2 of  each term. Pay by cheque or cash deposit into payment box or DD into  BCU Acc 182866 S11 BSB 704328  NB no weekly cash payments
• Multiple classes per week – payments must start from enrolment. Weekly / fortnightly / monthly payments into payment box or DD into BCU Account- BSB 704328 / Acc no 182866 S11.  Payments must be structured, regular & accounts manager advised and a payment plan worked out.
• Pilates & Zumba Classes can be      PAYG directly to teacher
• No  Statements will be sent out unless requested.

If no payment has been received within 1 month of enrolment – student will not be allowed to continue classes @ WDS until some payment is made & a structured payment plan is put into place.

• No  student will be invited back to WDS with outstanding amounts owing. 
• All  outstanding accounts will incur a $30 late fee – all payable before the next term starts. this includes admin & costume hire
• All  outstanding Accounts will be given to the WDS debit collector, NO REMINDERS
• Parents are asked to keep a record of their payments & receipts.

Public Holidays; classes will not run on public holidays but will always run on the first Mon of term i.e. Pupil Free Days!

Term dates for 2010:

Term 1            Mon 30^th Jan – Thurs April 5^th                       10 weeks

 Term 2            Mon 23^rd April – Fri June 29^th                       10 weeks

 Term 3            Mon July 16^th – Fri 21^st September              10 weeks

 Term 4            Mon Oct 8^th – Fri 7^th Dec                               09 weeks

Proposed Concert Dates for 2012 –  Sun Dec 9^th, students will be required for rehearsals Sat 8^th, Sat 1^st & Sun 2^nd  of Dec 2012.
